There are some situations in which the TOTVS | ECM or Fluig products fail to connect with the license server. To facilitate an error report, the error may be investigated in two ways:

If the following error occurs, check if the<em> firewall</em> is
not blocking the connection:

successful and the error must be identified through the "LS

<span>Use the test tool "LS Test Client" and simulate a
product connection.</span>

unzip and execute the command "java –jar LSClient.jar" in the

IP server address;</span>

<span><strong>LS Port:</strong> LS server port;</span>
</p>

<span><strong>LS Client Port:</strong> LS server return
port. Usually the same as the LS Port;</span>
</p>

<span><strong>SLOT:</strong> Defines which license will
be consumed. For Fluig, enter 4012</span><span
