Querying the Ledger:
The system displays the window Ledger Query - Detailed, divided into these areas:
The account number, description, condition (debt or credit) and previous balance are displayed.
Accounting entries are displayed with the following data: date, row number, history, double entry, debit value, credit value, entry type, current balance, cost center, accounting item, value class, etc.
Totals of debit, credit and balance are shown.

| To query branch data, on the parameter settings screen, answer Yes to the question Select Branches?. Then select and confirm the branches to start viewing the query. |

You can print the Detailed Ledger report by using options Print or View. In both cases, the previous balance displayed refers to the transactions of the Ledger Account selected, even if the questions Use Cost Center?, Use Accounting Item? and Use Value Class? are answered Yes. |
