Speaking of folder...
Folders are used for organizing the learning structure of the course subjects and classes catalog.
Inside each folder you can add new folders, links and subjects as long as you have permission to perform such actions.
Create new folder
...
01. After clicking New, Folder where the folder will be created, enter the requested information in the General information tab.

02. Press Click on the Security tab Security.
03. Define Define whether the folder should inherit the permissions of from the parent folder.

04. Under permissions In Permissions, press click Add if you want to set define the folder access permissions to the folder, if desired.
05. Add the user name, user group, class or subject to which permissions will be defined.06. In the displayed list, pop-up window, find and select the user, user group, class or discipline course subject to which you wish to assign permissions.

To find the item, use the search field – located in the upper right corner of the window – or page through the items – arrows located in the lower right corner. You can also select more than one item at once. |
06. Click on Add.
07. In the level table, select In the Level column – next to the added item –select the option that determines establishes the permission level that will to be assign assigned to the selected itemit.

It is possible to add more than one item. When you are finished, close the window to continue the inclusion of the folder. To change the permissions of an item, select it and press Edit. To remove permissions for an item, select it and press Remove. |
09. Press Restrictions.
10. Press Add to include folder access restrictions, if desired.
To edit the permission on an added item, simply select the new option to be assigned to it in the Level column. To delete an added item, simply click the Delete icon –locatedin the line corresponding to the item and to the right of the Level column. |

09. In the pop-up window, find and select the user11. Enter the user name, user group, class or course subject to which you wish to assign restrictions.
12. In the displayed list, select the user name, user group, class or discipline to which you wish to assign restrictions.
13. In the level table, select the option that determines the level of restriction that will be assigned to the selected item.

It is possible to add more than one item. When you are finished, close the window to continue the inclusion of the folder. To change permissions for an item, select it and press Edit. To remove the restrictions of an item, select it and press Remove. |
15. Press Save; or Cancel to quit the creation of the folder, if desired.

Copy folder
01. In the catalog, access the location where the folder is through the structure in the left table.
02. In the listing presented in the table on the right, select the folder to be deleted.

04. In the message displayed, press Yes to confirm the deletion of the folder or No to quit the action, if desired.

Speaking of folder...
Folders are used to organize the structure of learning catalogs of subjects and classes and trainings and tracks.
It is possible to include new folders inside each folder, links, subjects - in the catalog of subjects and classes – and training courses and tracks - in the catalog of training and tracks.
