A EDF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) deverá ser entregue a Receita Federal até o último dia útil do mês de Julho do ano seguinte ao ano-calendário a que se refere a escrituração. Ou seja, 23h 59min 59s, horário de Brasília, do dia 30 de Julho de 2021.

O TOTVS Gestão Fiscal já está preparado para a geração do novo layout da Rotina. Patches: 12.1.29.258, 12.1.31.163, 12.1.32.105 ou superior.

De acordo com a IN RFB nº 1.965 de 2020, o prazo para transmissão da ECF fica prorrogado, em caráter de excepcional até dia 30/09/2020, inclusive nos casos de extinção, incorporação, fusão e cisão total ou parcial da pessoa jurídica.

O TOTVS Gestão Fiscal já está preparado para a geração da ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) Layout 6.
