De acordo com a IN RFB nº 1.965 de 2020, o prazo para transmissão da ECF fica prorrogado, em caráter de excepcional até dia 30/09/2020, inclusive nos casos de extinção, incorporação, fusão e cisão total ou parcial da pessoa jurídica.

O TOTVS Gestão Fiscal já está preparado para a geração da ECF (Escrituração Contábil Fiscal) Layout 6.

Paches: 12.1.26.215; 12.1.27.172; 12.1.28.106 ou superior

De acordo com a Resolução SEF nº 5.369/2020- DOE MG de 23.05.2020, fica estabelecida a obrigatoriedade de apresentação do registro 1400 da Escrituração Fiscal Digital (EFD-ICMS/IPI).
