titleAttention!

In gap questions, there are some particularities to be considered when grading the content entered by the student to fill the gaps:

  • uppercase and lowercase letters: they are not differentiated when grading questions, that is, whether they are in uppercase or lowercase, if the word that fills the gap is correct, the answer is right. Example: the word that fills the gap correctly is “TOTVS”. If the student enters “Totvs”, the answer is correct.
  • accents: they are taken into account when grading the question, that is, if a student enters the correct word to fill the gap but its accents are wrong, the answer is wrong. Example: the word that fills the gap correctly is “Certificação” (Portuguese for “Certification”). If the student enters “Certificacao”, it will not be considered correct, i.e. the answer is wrong.
