Este documento compartilha o Release Notes relacionado à plataforma Carol - 3.21 e 3.21 (deployment parcial da sprint 3.22).



Team, we released the release 3.21 (and 3.22 partially). In this deploy, we have some improvements and bug fixes as follows in our Release Notes. The highlights:

  • Enhancements in Activity Management.
  • Improved the flow for Token (Connector Token).
  • Bug fixes on Data Processing (reprocessing rejected by relationship constraint, merges performance, and ETL Split).
  • Bugfix on Golden View.

Carol Platform

Activity Management

  • Activity Management is highlighting updated fields when it updates by itself.

Activity management not filtering correctly bypassed tasks. (https://trello.com/c/uOrHvwj7)

  • It has fixed bypassed tasks. Now you can filter bypassed Carol App tasks easily. Bypassed task means a Carol App task that Carol did not execute because no data change happened in the configured data model (manifest file).

Carol App

Build Docker image flow showing only tasks related to this Carol App (https://trello.com/c/KxloF6gY)

  • The UI to build a Docker Image shows only tasks related to the Carol App. We are building the Docker Image. With that, the UI seems more clear only showing tasks related to the context.

Installation task to reprocess data CDS storage type (https://trello.com/c/hsoOsNAG)

  • It has fixed a problem when the Carol App requests to reprocess the Data Model data, and the data model has only the CDS storage type.

Connectors

  • Carol is no more refreshing the UI if no change was applied to the schema.

Reviewed Connectors' name and icon (https://trello.com/c/6vsrQSvI)

  • Reviewed the Connectors' name and icon - keeping the standard visual identity for TOTVS.

When selecting a staging table position it in the center (https://trello.com/c/wn8M5Fhj)

  • Now Carol is centering the staging table in the center when opening it.

Data Access Level

Data Access Level: allowing to remove the whole group (https://trello.com/c/OhVmMWD7)

  • The Data Access Level flow allows removing a group and all configuration related. More visual improvements were applied to the flow to make it easier to operate.

Data Model

Carol App not propagating the consolidation rule for Data Model (https://trello.com/c/MjPikYKh)

  • It has fixed a problem that the schedule for the data models consolidation was not propagated to customer environments during the installation of the Carol App.

Data Processing

ETL split not working correctly for EQUALS (https://trello.com/c/R5yOh4cs)

  • It has fixed a bug when working with ETL split and EQUALS conditions.

Rejection by Relationship Constraint is not reprocessing automatically (https://trello.com/c/0ludiBsN)

  • It has fixed a case that records rejected by Relationship Constraint were not getting reprocessed automatically.

Merges taking too long (https://trello.com/c/XLVwgfNS)

  • It was improved the performance when running the merge for golden records. Products like Deep Audit and Clock-In will notice a performance improvement.

Environment

Environment selector when logging into an organization with multiple environments (https://trello.com/c/MxG4xMM1)

  • Carol shows a UI that allows the Org User typing part of the environment name, and it applies a filter on existing environments. This flow is available only for Org Users; Org Admin usually logs into Organization level.

Token overall improvements (https://trello.com/c/tw94DUTD)

  • It has applied overall improvements in the flow when generating a Token (Connector Token). Now the user will be guided from the connector to Environment Admin/Token. The user can see the connectorID, and email when creating a new Token.

Golden View

Views not in sync with Data Model (https://trello.com/c/te3zjZgY)

  • It has fixed a situation that was causing the view to be out of sync with the Data Model. You may need to reprocess the view to get it fixed.

Jupyter

Jupyter Lab button seems disabled (https://trello.com/c/4zyunzL6)

  • Reviewed the Jupyter Lab button to make it looks like an enabled button.

Mapping and Cleanse Rule

Refreshing and page on Mapping and Cleanse rule (https://trello.com/c/KROp5Vx6)

  • It has fixed a bug that did not refresh the page when the user is on mapping and cleanse rules. The same problem happens when sharing the URL for mapping and cleaning rules.

Platform

Improved the flow to invite a user on organization flow (https://trello.com/c/3fdU37or)

  • Carol provides a type-ahead component allowing the user to start typing the environment name and get suggestions of existing environments.

Carol Connect

2C: Database

Datasul Saude integration supporting Progress and Oracle databases (https://trello.com/c/Vx2e7QUo)

  • Add the compatibility to read the queue tables with a particular name for Datasul Saúde product.
