Basic Path

 

01. In the main menu, click Evaluations.

02. Click the tab Manage.

03. Click Sets of alternatives.

04. View the existing sets of alternatives.

 

Alternative Paths

 

Filter sets of alternatives

 

01. Click Filter options, located in the upper left corner of the window.

02. Enter the name of the set of alternatives to be searched.

03. Press Search.

04. View skills according to the defined filter.

To undo the set filter and view all sets of alternatives again, press Clear.

 

Add set of alternatives

 

01. Press New.

02. Enter the set of alternatives information required.

The requested information is:

Language
Language assigned to the set of alternatives. To add a new language, simply click New and select the desired set of alternatives language.

Set as default language
When checked, this option determines that the selected language will be the default set of alternatives language.

Title
Title of the set of alternatives.

03. Click Add in the set of alternatives.

04. Enter the description and the score of the alternative.

Multiple alternatives can be added to each set.

To reorder alternatives, simply press the moving arrows located in the order column.

Click Delete to delete an alternative added.

05. Press Save to confirm the creation; or Cancel to cancel the addition of the set of alternatives.

 

Edit set of alternatives

 

01. Select the set of alternatives to be edited.

02. Press Edit.

03. Change the chosen information.

Find information about the displayed fields in the alternative path add set of alternatives. 

04. Press Save or Cancel to discard the changes made.

 

Delete set of alternatives

 

01. Select the set of alternatives to be deleted.

02. Press Remove.

03. In the message displayed, click Yes to confirm deletion of the set of alternatives; or Cancel to cancel the action.

 

 

Speaking of sets of alternatives ...

They are sets of alternatives that can be used by multiple questions simultaneously. They are used as a template of predefined alternatives that may be imported in questions.

Before importing a set of alternatives with multiple languages in a question, such question must support all due translations for the group languages.
