Centralized Access of menus (routines) of ERP Protheus through Fluig Portal.

Concept

The use of Experience #3 consists of Centralized Access of menus (routines) of ERP Protheus through Fluig Portal. This feature can be accessed by a customized widget on a page personalized by the user in Fluig Application.

Requirements

For Experience #3 to work, run these steps:

Advantages

The use of experience #3 provides access to features of routines in the ERP Protheus modules without having to log in. As a consequence, time is saved when accessing routines in a more user friendly and unified interface.

Accessing Fluig Portal

The link to be accessed must have this configuration, check if you are not logged to Fluig Identity and Fluig Application:

Log in with your user through Fluig Identity:

Access Configurator module (SIGACFG), and use 'Configuration Wizard of Fluig Identity'. User \ Password \ Config. Identity Click 'Synchronization'. Therefore, all changes performed by ERP Protheus are synchronized to Fluig Identity.

Create a Customized Page on Fluig Portal

To use Centralized Access, create a customized page. To do so, access 'Control Panel' on Fluig homepage. Click tab 'WCM' then 'My Pages'.

Next page, layouts available for the creation of the page are displayed. Choose a layout, then click 'Next'.

After choosing the layout, the details of the page must be configured.

Title: The title defines the page name to be displayed.

Description: The description defines the page name to be displayed.

Code: Every page must have a defined code.

Authorization:  AUTHENTICATED

After configuring the page, define the user permissions. Such as? View page, Edit page, Delete page.

Click + to add a Widget. Select option 'Centralized Access'.

Then, the added widget is displayed according to the picture as follows:

To use experience #3, choose option of desired routine.

After choosing it, the login is performed through ERP Protheus, automatically pointing to the chosen routine module.

When accessing the ERP Protheus, the routine is automatically called. Without having to pass through the menu.
