Questions

Question Registry is used to register all questions that will be used in an evaluation creation or in a research, to link its alternatives/answers and to define desired score for each question. You can add high score questions, for example, 200,00 points.

To define if field Scores is mandatory in Essay Questions, set up parameter MV_SQODISS.

 

Important:

A brief description of each competence and question is available, aiming at better understanding and, consequently, minimizing doubts that may arise during performance appraisal.

Besides, it is possible to justify the answer to each question, explaining or commenting its reason.

 

Procedures

Registering questions:

1. In Questions, select Add option.

Questions and Alternatives window is displayed, divided by folders:

Questions - Add folder

In this folder, you may inform: question code, question description, scores (question value), answer type (multiple choice, single choice, essay or punctuation), question type (it determines the related evaluation), question date (inclusion date), active (in use), alternative (if it uses a standard scale to alternative of this question), etc.

Alternative folder

This folder is accessed just if the Alternative field of Question folder is blanked. This way, you can create new alternatives to the question.

In this field, you can check possible alternatives and its relative percentage related to the sum of points of question.

2. In Question folder, fill in data according to follow the help instructions instructions.
3. But attention to field:

Alternative - It is used to list a standard alternative scale informed in Scales/Importance Degree.

4. If Alternative field is blank, click Alternative folder and fill in data according to follow the help instructions instructions.
5. In Alternative folder, press down indicator to insert a new item.

A new string to be typed will be displayed.

But attention to the Percentage field that defines the percentage related to the question total value. When you inform all alternatives, their total sums must be 100%.

6. Check data and confirm question addition.
