Registering R&R

This routine can integrate the Metrology and PPAP environments with the Instrument Registration. It can use instruments common to both environments.

Procedures

To register R&R:

1. In the routine maintenance window, select the Add option.

The system displays the add screen. with different options:

Registration - Represents the add data screen for instruments/parts, date, RR time, test type, lowest tester limit, higher tester limit, number of parts, number of cycles.

Important:

The information related to Ranges and Points/Calibrators are relevant to the Metrology environment.

Ranges - to enter the obtained range data in the families associated with instruments.
Points/Calibrators - To inform the point data, when the scale entered in the family associated with the instruments was of the Complete Calibrator type.
In Charge - to enter the person in charge for the study, and who will have access to the routines involved in this process.

The person in charge for the study will be defined respecting the following rules:

- When the option is pressed and the In Charge field is blank, the System will enter the name of the user who is changing/adding the study.

If the option is pressed and the user in charge is filled in, the System will erase the field contents, leaving the study without person in charge and blocking changes in the Real Value file and the generation of the Measurement System Performance report.

Real Values - This option accesses the real value maintenance screen for the samples used in the study.

When pressing the Save option, the data will be stored in a .txt format file in the \System directory (standard Protheus installation) of the Protheus 8.11 environment.

Made By: enter the name of the person responsible for the study.
Observation: blank field for any type of observation.
Deployment: enter the action/deployment to be carried out

2. Fill out data according to orientation of help.
3. After the data are entered, select one of the option to input your own data.
