Single Letters
This option generate a chart based on the letter of Process static control (CEP) to analyze individual data.
This letter allows evaluation of occasional tendency in values detected during instrument calibration.
Procedures
To generate single letters:
| 1. | In the Single Letters maintenance window, the system shows you the routine parameter screen. |
| 2. | Fill out each field according to field help. |
| 3. | Check data and confirm it. |
In this screen, the system shows you a list with points, or ranges, related to the instruments and to selected ranges.
| 4. | Select the ranges or desired points and confirm it. |
The system will request you to confirm the option.
| 5. | Confirm it. |
A new square with the information obtained by requested parameters, as well the data generated, are displayed.
| 6. | Check data and confirm it. |
The chart of selected instrument result is displayed.
| 7. | Once data and chart were verified, click Back to return to Control Letters creation, or Print, to issue the report. |
