Research

This option allows you to create a schedule through an applicant research that was previously performed through the Perform Search.

Once search was performed, you can generate a file in PES format, that you can save where you want. This file must be indicated in this schedule creation option.

Procedures

To schedule an applicant through Research option:

1. In Schedule, select Research option.

The system shows a window to you schedule applicants.

2. Put cursor on Research field and inform file name, or click [Enter].

The system shows you a window to you select the directory where .PES file (related to applicant research) was saved.

3. Select it and confirm it.

In the left side of the screen, the researched applicants are listed.

In the right side of the screen, selecting process data - defined to the placed applicant - are displayed.

4. Change, add or delete the selecting process information, according to help field instructions.

 

Tip:

To add new items in the process, press Down Indicator ( ) to add a new string.

5. Once schedule was checked, it is possible to send it by e-mail to the applicant, using the following option:
Send E-Mail
6. Use it according to your necessities.
