Research
This option allows you to create a schedule through an applicant research that was previously performed through the Perform Search.
Once search was performed, you can generate a file in PES format, that you can save where you want. This file must be indicated in this schedule creation option.
Procedures
To schedule an applicant through Research option:
1. | In Schedule, select Research option. |
The system shows a window to you schedule applicants.
2. | Put cursor on Research field and inform file name, or click [Enter]. |
The system shows you a window to you select the directory where .PES file (related to applicant research) was saved.
3. | Select it and confirm it. |
In the left side of the screen, the researched applicants are listed.
In the right side of the screen, selecting process data - defined to the placed applicant - are displayed.
4. | Change, add or delete the selecting process information, according to help field instructions. |
To add new items in the process, press Down Indicator ( |
5. | Once schedule was checked, it is possible to send it by e-mail to the applicant, using the following option: |
6. | Use it according to your necessities. |
