Selecting Process
After Recruitment process (which involves the vacancy opening and its internal/external promotion through the media - newspaper, magazine, radio, TV and agencies), you are able to start the Selecting Process (through all phases that candidate will be submitted): evaluation and selecting candidate (who is more suitable to the vacancy), finishing the admission process.
In Recruitment & Selection, the Selecting Process will help you to create the agenda that will define the phases that candidates have to perform in the company, such as: interview, group dynamics, psychological evaluation, etc. It also link the tests that candidate will perform.
To link the tests that candidate will perform, you have to register Questions/Alternatives and the Tests Creation before start Selecting Process. |
