Test Perform

Tests can be performed after you define (and perform) Questions/Alternatives, Models Registry, Tests Creation and Candidates/Employees Schedule.

Test Results may define the candidate hiring, or evaluate courses and instructors.

When a candidate/employee does a test, the system automatically performs the following updatings:

it updates Schedule routine, changing the status to \"test performed\".
In the Recruitment & Selection environment, it updates Resumé Registry (in the Evaluation folder), showing all candidate questions and answers.
In Training environment, it updates Employees Registry (in the Evaluation folder), showing all candidate questions and answers.

 

Note:

Tests are performed just in dates defined by the Appointment routine.

To provide tests data in Candidate Report, you must fill in fields Vacancy (QR_VAGA) and Date (QR_Date) properly. This way, when the Candidate Test Appointment and the Test are performed, these data will be printed in Candidate Registry.

Tests are featured by a legend, where:

- Open Test in the date
- Open Test in delay in arrears
- Performed Test
- Scheduled to another date

Procedures

To perform tests:

1. In Test Perform, select Parameters option to filter candidates by date or by test status.

The system shows a window with parameters routine.

2. Check data and confirm it.
3. Select candidate and, then, click Activate.

In a screen, you will see the tests developed to the selected candidate, the questions quantity and the test deadlines. A note to the candidate will also be displayed.

4. To initiate tests, just click Start Test.

A window with evaluation type, question quantity and test deadline is displayed.

5. Press Click Here to Start button.

The questions and their respective alternatives are showed to the candidates.

6. To select an answer, just double-click it.

An \"x\" is displayed when you select the desired option.

7. In this option, you have the following buttons:
Next Question
Former Question
Go to a Question
Exit Evaluation
8. When you finish it, a window with the following data will be displayed:
Test Tests performed by the candidate.
Qty. Questions Test Questions Quantity.
Qty. Performed Question quantity performed by the candidate.
Time Limit Time limit to answer this test.
Time Performance Time that candidate used to perform the test.
9. To finish all tests, press Click Here To Leave button
