Job Chart x Candidate
Through charts, this routine offers you a comparative between factors demanded by job and factors of candidates who applied to job vacancies.
To see it, you can select chart types as: Bars, Strings, Fields, Points, Cylinder, Pizza, Fast String among others. When you select a chart type, you will see the following options:
Chart Exit - Allows you to exit the chart.
Chart Dimension - Allows you to change the chart dimension, changing its view form.
Save Chart - Saves the chart in BMP format.
Rotate Chart to the Left - Performs chart rotation to left side.
Rotate Chart to the Right - Performs chart rotation to right side.
Caption of Evaluation Factors - Shows the caption of evaluation factors.
Chart Print - Allows you to print the chart.
Send Chart by E-mail - Allows you to send chart by e-mail.
Procedures
To issue job chart x candidate:
| 1. | In Job Chart x Candidate, select Chart. |
The system displays the routine description screen.
| 2. | Click Parameters  . |
The system displays the window with the parameters regarding the chart.
| 3. | Configure them according to field help instructions. |
| 4. | Check data and confirm it. |
A window is displayed to you select the chart serial type.
| 5. | Select it and confirm it. |
The system shows you the selected chart.
