Results and Report

After informing values, it is possible to verify calibration result.

Procedures

To verify calibration result:

Then, the system shows a screen sequence to finalize the calibration registers.

Inform condition the part was received, if:

- Damage - When the instrument is received damaged and adjusted by calibration.

- Conform - When the instrument is received conformed, and dos not need adjust.

- No-Conform - When the instrument is received no-conform and accepts adjust.

These receipt condition variation will be used in Schumacher table and, in the case of using this, a question about calibration period alteration can be done.

Once receipt condition is informed, click Accept or Cancel, otherwise.

This screen shows you validate and frequency data of instrument calibration.

If you have chosen Schumacher Table, as parameter configuration MV_QFREQAF and measurement is the third or forth, system suggests calibration increase or reduce, as table.

After check data, click Go to finalize it, or Back, otherwise.

This screen requests you information to elaborate the instrument final report, with all calibration informed system.

A suggest report is shown, based on a previsous calculated value. Possible instrument reports are:

- Reproved

- Conditionial Approved

- Approved

If you select Not Approved or Conditional Approved in the last report screen, the next screen is displayed in order to give an explanation to conditional approvement or instrument declination.

After select it, click Go to finalize it, or Back, otherwise.

Select instrument current condition, if:

- 0 - Mesh

- A - Active

- I - Inactive

A suggest report is given, conforming last calculation.

After select it, click Go to finalize it, or Back, otherwise.

If chosen option in the previous screen is different to that suggest by system, this screen will ask you to report a alteration explanation.

After typing explanation, click Go to finalize it, or Back, otherwise.

This screen shows you the instrument final report, informing this:

- Cond. Receiving: (selected condition)

- Frequency: (day for calibration)

- Val. Calibration (Calibration Val. date)

- Cond. Current Instr.: (Instrument current condition)

- STATUS (If Approved, Conditional Approved or Reproved) being, respectively:

 Approved

 Conditional Approved

 Reproved

After check final report, when correct, click Finalize.

System process information, record and up date its respective files.

When you click Finalize, the confirmation screen of Certificate Printing of this instrument.

This the last result screen, where you can print the certificate. There you can see:

- Standard values to calibration (yes or no)

- Checking last produced parts (yes or no)

- After select it, click   to print certificate or  , otherwise.

After selected, click Yes in order to see the print configuration screen. If do not need to print the certificate now, click No
