Internal Hiring

The employee hiring sources can be internal or external. Through the internal source, employees are hired in the company.

Internal Hiring routine allows employees to candidate themselves in an opened vacancy.

According to the selected criteria, internal hiring can be done through the employee or through the selection of potential employees, based on the requirements stipulated by the requestor or by the vacancy.

In form report, an Occurrence Log is displayed to employees that are in Resumé Registry (that is, the employees that have already participated of an internal hiring. To other employees, data will be just imported to Resumé Registry.

 

Tip:

Internal selection also can be performed by the Agenda routine, through menu option Employee.

Procedures

To perform internal hiring:

1. In Internal Hiring, the routine descriptive screen is displayed.
2. Click Parameters .

The system displays the routine parameters screen.

3. Fill in data according to the help field instructions.
4. Check information and confirm it.

The system returns to the routine description screen.

5. Confirm it again.

A window is opened to you confirm parameters configuration.

6. Confirm it to start to import employees data.
7. If an employee has already participated of an internal selection, the system displays the configuration window of Occurrence Report.
8. Check information and confirm it.
