Knowledge Bank

Knowledge Bank allows you to attach files of different formats, in order to extend it.

For example, it is possible to attach candidate documents, certificates, letter of recommendation, etc in Resume Register.

Procedures

To add Knowledge Bank:


1.Select Knowledge option in the menu.


A screen subdivided in two parts is displayed.


2.In the left side, attached file data are available with the following fields:



School - It shows table name related to routine in progress.


For example:

In Resume Register, the School will be Resume (SQC table name, that records data of Resume register.


Identification - It shows the registry in which it is placed, to what knowledge bank in registry stands for.


In this area, the following options - that helps you to see the attached file - are available:

Open


Select them according to your necessities.


3.The names of the files attached to the knowledge bank (related to knowledge that is listed in the screen left side) are also displayed.



Object - It shows you the attached file name



Description - It shows you the attached file name, without its related extension.



Preview - It shows the status of file preview, activated via Preview. If you had previewed it, this field displays Yes. Otherwise, No.



Alias WT/Recno WT - They are fields of internal control system (their contents cannot be changed).



4.In the screen right side, a \"sample\" of the selected file is displayed.
