Import

The Recruitment and Selection environment allows you to select resumes automatically through Configuration, Download and Resume Import options, in XML format, through sites or FTP servers that offers resumes in this format.

After you finish download and configuration, this routine will perform the resume import data.

To perform resume import, it is necessary to configure the following parameters:

• MV_RSPFTPD

It identifies server directory ftp that has resume files in XML format to be downloaded.  

• MV_RSPFTPS

It identifies the Server ftp that has resume files in XML format to be downloaded.      

• MV_RSPDCUR

It indicates where resume files in XML format will be saved.

Procedures

To import:

1. In Import, a screen to you select resumes to be imported is displayed.
2. Select directory and confirm it.
