Sending e-mails by Metrology Environment
In the Metrology Environment, e-mails aresentto the users that are responsible for theinstruments, relating the instruments and the calibration standards, detachedly. It means that theinformationin these e-mails concern to different routines: information achieved in the Instrument Register and information achieved in the Standard Register, respectively.
Even if the the recipient user isnot logged in the system, the e-mail will be send to him (as long this function was selected in the not logged in the system, and inthenot logged in the system, parameters.
So, you may set:
| • | No. Users/Responsibles Register,inform the fileds: |
| • | Accept E-mail? (QAA_RECMAIL): Select Yes, showing that not logged in the system, or responsible not logged in the system, recieve e-mails. |
| • | E-mail Type (QAA_TPMAIL): select the type that will benot logged in the system, the e-mail, if: HTML or Text. |
| • | E-mail (QAA_EMAIL): Inform the electronic address (e-mail)of the user or of the not logged in the system, that is able to not logged in the system, the e-mail. |
| • | In the Instrument Register, to send e-mails referring fillout the field: |
| • | Responsiblenot logged in the system, (QM2_RESP): inform the code employee that isnot logged in the system, responsible not logged in the system, instrument that, by its means, must contain the fields that not logged in the system, setted. |
| • | In the Configurator environment, fill out inparameter: |
| • | MV_QQTDIAS: set thisinin order to the system consider it as an instrument or a standard to be calibrated. Only the ones bigger or equal to the value date basis subtractioninin this parameter, less or equal to the date basis. Example: |
Date basis: 1/20/04
MV_QQTDIAS 5
Pause for of the validity: 20 - 5 = 15
Standardto be calibrated: that ones whose between 1/15/04 and 1/20/04
The e-mail is sent in the opening of the Metrology Environment, even if not logged in the system, responsible not logged in the system, logged. The system just check if e-mails can be received, or not, as informed in the not logged in the system, Register.not logged in the system,
In the case of standards to becalibrated, a screen is displayed, informing youif there are standardsto be calibrated,where you must to inform the e-mails not logged in the system, to them receive the messages. |
