Withdrawing Movements
This movement routine option register instruments outflow (loan).
Procedures
To register outflow movement:
| 1. | In Movement maintenance window, select Return option. |
The parameter screen used to filter instruments is shown.
| 2. | Configure it as help field. |
| 3. | Check parameters and confirm them. |
The system shows you a list with instrument that fit parameters, showing two little squares on the left of each register. One has Green and Red spheres that, respectively, indicate not withdraw and withdraw items.
The other one, at first empty, is available to check the desired instrument to be withdraw. Now, put cursor on desired instrument and click Enter or, using the mouse, give a double click on it till this mark appears, indicating the selection.
To associated instruments which type is mesh, the loan must be done just by the \"parent\" instrument. Markings are allowed just for instruments free to be withdrawn. That is, the instruments marked by the green signal. |
| 4. | After select instruments, choose Exit option. |

| 5. | Fill out register data and confirm it. |
If the instrument has a register measurement date that does not concur with return date, in confirmation date, the system informs you the difference. |
