In the Metrology Environment, e-mails aresent to the responsibles by the instruments, relating the instruments and the standards to be calibrated detachedly. It means that theinformationin these e-mails concern to different routines: information achieved in the Instrument Register and information achieved in the Standard Register, respectively.
Even if the addresseeuser is not logged in thesystem, the e-mail willbe sent, since it is defined not logged in the system, in the fields and in the necessary parameters.
So, you may set:

• | Responsible (QM2_RESP) ![]() |
• | In the Configurator Environment, fill out the parameter: |
Set this parameter to system considerate it as instrument or standard to be calibrated, only the ones that show checking validitybigger or equal to the value thatresulted from the basis date subtractionby the value informed in thisparameter, and lesser or equal to basis-date.
Example:
Basis-date. 1/20/04
MV_QQTDIAS 5
Interval forverificationofchecking: 20 - 5 = 15
Standardto be calibrated: that withchecking validitybetween 1/15/04 and 1/20/04
The e-mail is sent in the Metrology Environment opening, regardless the userand/or responsibleis logged. The system just verifyif it has received, or not, the e-mails, as informed in the Users/ResponsiblesRegister.
