Ranges
The information displayed next is related, in due importance, to the Metrology module. |
When you select this option, the data related to the range entered in the family associated to the selected instrument must be entered.
Procedures
To enter the ranges:
| 1. | In the Instrument Registration inclusion, select the Ranges option. |
The system displays the screen with the range information, split into the following areas:
| • | Information - presents the basic instrument registration data, such as code and family. |
| • | Last Calibration Status - presents the current instrument data, obtained in the last calibration. They are visually represented as selected and not selected. Available just for queries. |
The Approved, Approved with Conditions and Reproved descriptions will be selected according the last instrument report and if there was at least one calibration.
| • | Safeguard - displays the Safeguard field items when adding the instrument. They are visually represented as selected and not selected. Available just for queries. |
| • | Ranges - adds or deletes range values for the family associated to the instrument being manipulated. Also displays the Standards option, to enter the data for the standards associated with the range. |
| 2. | For the Range options, fill in the data according to the orientation of the Help file. |
| 3. | After the fields are filled in, check and confirm them. Or, if it is the case, click Points Calibrators and enter the required data. |
