Schedule

This routine allows you to schedule candidates that will participate of a selecting process (with one or more individuals) or to select employees in the opening occurrence of internal vacancies. When scheduled, the candidates receive an e-mail.

To improve the candidate/employees schedule to process, the system shows different ways of research and allows you to create schedule to many candidates in a once, being:

Queries by Date;
Queries by Vacancy;
Creates by Employee;
Creates by Candidate;
Performs Candidate Research
Performs Collective Schedule.

 

The system also allows you to preview other fields of the candidate résumé (except standard fields). To use this resource, you have to configure MV_RSPAGEN parameter, that must be filled out with the fields of résumé registry that will be showed in candidate schedule, between inverted commas (\" \") and separated by comma (,).

Candidates listed in Schedule browse window are classified according to the caption.

 

 

Important:

The field Registration Code of the employee responsible for the stage in the schedule is not mandatory. However, if it is not filled out, the stage update in the schedule by GCH Portal is not allowed.

The field Applicant Status in the stage is not mandatory. However, if it is not filled out, it has only two types of information in the selection process stage: approved or rejected.

Notes:

The applicant status in the stage can be: (0) Not Evaluated; (1) Approved; (2) Rejected.
If Rejected is entered in any process stage, applicants may receive a message thanking for their participation, and then they are automatically deleted from the list of applicants to be evaluated.
If Approved is entered in all stages of the selection process, the one responsible for the vacancy is allowed to approve the applicant.

 

Procedures

Scheduling an applicant:

1. In Schedule, applicants are listed and classified as caption.
2. In routine menu, the different forms of presentation and schedule creation are available, being:
Applicant Option
Research Option
Query by Date Option
Query by Vacancy Option
Employee Option
Collective Appointment Option
3. Select desired option according to help instructions.
4. Inform requested data to generate schedule. Check it and confirm it.

A window applying for the confirmation of applicant is displayed. Here, you can update résumé data according to selecting process to which applicant was submitted.

In Résumé registry, the system saves the information related to last vacancy, last phase with results and last process date, in the following fields: Last Vacancy, Last Phase and Last Date, as informed in the schedule.

5. Check updates and confirm the message (Yes or Not).
6. When you confirm the schedule, e-mails are sent automatically according to configuration of MV_AGEMAIL parameter.
