Movements

This routine aims to register movements (that is, the instrument dislocation in the company), as well to make easier to locate instruments that were borrowed. All instruments feature a control based on verification validity and must be calibrated in order for these instruments be loaned and/or used during a given process.

To facilitate checking control of loaned instruments that are close to checking validity, an e-mail is sent to the instrument responsible and to the loaned instrument responsible, suggesting its devolution in order to establish its checking as well its next use and/or its new loan.

E-mails will be sent when user start the system (Metrology Environment), and just once by day.

Through this routine, the system, automatically, will update the Instrument Register.

So, to query a localization, just consult instrument register. Besides this register, the system maintains a historic of established movements.
