Configuration

This routine allows to configure fields (in XML standard) to import resumes.

This process is used to identify XML file fields to, when you are importing resumes, the XML fields be linked to the fields used by the system.

Example:

Note:

You will be able to configure it just after you download a resume in XML format, because it is through this first file that the process will be performed.

 

Now see the process flow of resume import:

Procedures

To configure it:

1. In Configuration, a window to select resumes is displayed.
2. Select the directory where the resume is.

In the right side, the system shows you all files in XML format.

3. Select file and confirm it.

A screen to select fields that may be configured is displayed.

4. Select system field (that is in the right side of the screen), putting cursor on it. Next, select the field related in XML standard (that is in the left side of the screen), double-click it till the signal () .
5. You have to perform this process to all fields that will be related.
6. The Add Job option allows you to insert a job to fields filling out during import.

 

Example:

In the Register Date, you can inform the Date() to the system fills out the field with current date during importing.

7. Confirm it with OK button.
