Maintenances

This routine aims to register maintenances established in the instruments, not interfering calibration results.

The system register the branch of maintenance responsible, and allows that users of other branches do maintenance in any company unity.

Procedures

To register instrument maintenances:

1.	In the maintenance window of Maintenance routine, select Add.

The system displays the adding screen.

2.	Fill out each fields according to field help.

3.	Check data and confirm it.

If, in the maintenance date, the instrument does not have maintenance date, the system suggests that this register be done in Calibration routine, aiming to keep the instrument appropriated characteristics.

4.	It is also possible to type further information about realized maintenance, through the option Text, available in routine menu.
