Hiring
After finishing all hiring processes (which includes tests, interviews, dynamics, candidate selection, etc), you will be able to perform hiring.
This routine allows to accomplish the candidate hiring. Here you can also transfer all candidate data to Employees Registry field.
On hiring, the system updates the available vacancies, changing its status when the number of opened vacancies is equal to the number of closed vacancies. This way, when the number of approved candidates is inferior to the number of opened vacancies, its status will remain the same till its closure.
Vacancies status is classified according to Vacancies Registry legend, what indicates:
• | ![]() |
• | ![]() |
According to parameter configuration MV_RSPDEPA, it is possible to hire a candidate whose salary is not according to the range of salary table defined to job vacancy. That is, the system checks the candidate salary range (informed in Salary Table field, in Job Registry), allowing you to perform his/her hiring. But a message - warning you the salary divergence - will be displayed. In this case, when parameter content is defined as T ( true) , options to confirm hiring will be available.
Otherwise, when parameter is defined as F (false ), the system, after shows the divergence message, displays the Employees Registry screen to change the salary informed in the Salary field, in order to suit it to the Salary Table associated to selected job.
It is necessary that parameter MV_RSPDEPA is configured with the name of text file RSPDEPA.TXT to convert candidate data to employee status. |
During hiring of the selection process originated from integration of the modules Organizational Architecture and Personnel Recruitment and Selection, there is only the need of a position associated with the vacancy if it is enabled according to the parameterization of MV_IORGRSP (equal to 1).
If not, the following message is displayed: No position has been associated with the selected vacancy!! Integration between the Organizational Architecture and the Personnel Recruitment and Selection modules is enabled, association between the vacancy and the position is mandatory. Access the vacancies register routine and associate a position with each vacancy.
If the position is already associated, the department, position, role and cost center fields must be filled out with the data of the position associated with the selected vacancy and they cannot be edited.
The Applicant Hiring routine calls the Employee Register routine, which is used in other modules. The Position field, for hiring, is only enabled when the MV_ORGCFG parameter is set to 1 (Control of Positions). |
