Instruments Movement Among Branches

This routine enables you to control the measure instruments movement among company branches, either loan or calibration of these instruments, controlling it as follows:

• Mandatory calibration
• Confirmation of Delivery and Receipt
• Return of instruments

The control of loans or return of calibrated instruments is performed by the responsible party and branch. The communication among interest areas is performed through e-mail - it warns the responsible parties on these instruments movement.

The movement is performed between branches, as the picture below:

Imagine the displayed flow is the instruments movement that comes from the calibration to be used in the branches and vice versa and are also lent to be used among these branches, if it is needed.

To enable the control, some records previously performed are needed:

• Responsible Party Register (the employee called Responsible Party, must have e-mails registered in the Responsible Party Register).
• Instruments Register

Important

• To use this routine, you must zeroed all movements from the Movement routine, that is, all instruments must be returned to their place of origin.
• To use this routine, you must configure/create the MV_QMTPMOV parameter with content equal to 2 and Movement routine is blocked.

Procedures

Controlling the instruments movement among branches:

1. In the Maintenance/Branch window, the system relates the instruments in use in the company branches, classified according to caption.
2. In the menu., the following options are available:
• Loan
• Return
• Confirmation
• Calibration
3. Select each one of the options to monitor the instruments movement, according to field help guidelines.
4. Once you are finished, confirm it.
