Use Procedures

The procedure for Use concerns to Operational Instruction of instrument use; its register is optional.

It is possible to see the procedures registers in Document Control Environment, conforming the correct fill out of its related fields.

Procedures

To register use procedures:

1. In the maintenance window of Use routine, select option Add.

The system displays the adding screen.

2. Fill out fields according to the field help.
3. Check data and confirm it.
4. In the menu, there are the options:
Measurem. Proced. - it filters procedure data related to measurement instruments.
Use Proced. - it filters procedure data related to use instruments.
All Procs. - it shows you procedure data related to use and measurement instruments.
See Doc. - it allows you to see documents linked to instruments .
Texts - it allows you to type information related to instruments use.
