Use Procedures
The procedure for Use concerns to Operational Instruction of instrument use; its register is optional.
It is possible to see the procedures registers in Document Control Environment, conforming the correct fill out of its related fields.
Procedures
To register use procedures:
1. |
In the maintenance window of Use routine, select option Add. |
The system displays the adding screen.

Fill out fields according to the field help. |
3. |
Check data and confirm it. |
4. |
In the menu, there are the options: |

Measurem. Proced. - it filters procedure data related to measurement instruments. |
• |
Use Proced. - it filters procedure data related to use instruments. |
• |
All Procs. - it shows you procedure data related to use and measurement instruments. |
• |
See Doc. - it allows you to see documents linked to instruments . |
• |
Texts - it allows you to type information related to instruments use. |
