Repeatability and Reproducibility - R&R Calculation

Using this routine, you can register all performed evaluations using instruments/parts to calculate:

Evaluates the inherent variability of the measurement system, providing from the measurement device itself and its variation to the part placement on the measurement device. Thus, we can define Repeatability as the variation of the measures obtained through a measurement device, when used repeatedly by an operator while measuring the same characteristics in the same parts.

Evaluates the inherent variability of the measurement device's operators. Thus, we can define Reproducibility as the average variation of the measures performed by different operators, using the same measurement device, while measuring the same characteristics in the same parts.

Thus, the test measurements will be collected and the result, displayed.
