Occurrence/Non-conformance Forms

Through Occurrence/Non-conformance Form, you can register non-conformance found, enter corrective actions to be applied, attach some document concerning the problem that can be a text document or not.

Companies that use Call Center and Non-conformance Control can establish integration between them  through the activation of the parameter MV_QLYXCAL.

Thus, companies that have a call center can pre-select actions that generate Non-conformance Forms in order to identify the potential non-conformance, helping the process of customer service and production of the company.

Integration between Field Service and Non-conformance Control is so that companies can use them through the field Generate NCF of the register of Occurrences of Field Service.

Hence, you can report non-conformance to the engineering sector and/or select non-conformance occurrences during the inclusion of service orders or customer services.

Usage of parameter MV_QQUAEMA set sending an email pcopy when status is changed on a non-conformity that Agrees or Not Agrees.

This sending is made so that the user adds an FNC with status change, as well as users listed on parameter MV_QQUAEMA.

Parameter MV_QNCIOPC includes an Action Plan in a direct manner or only by Occurrence/Non-Conformities form.

Procedures

Entering occurrence/non-conformance forms:

1. In the maintenance window of Occurrence/Non-conformance Forms, click Add.
2. The Add screen is displayed subdivided into folders that facilitate information management:
Registration Data Folder
Others Folder
3. Fill out data according to field help instructions.
4. If necessary, attach documents to the occurrence/non-conformance form. For this, just click Attached Document and select the directory/file you want.

By attaching a document, you can view it or not at the same moment.

If you want to view the document, a new Attached Document window is displayed with fast view of this document, providing the following buttons:

Open - It enables you to open the document according to the extension. However, the application concerning it must be installed in the computer. 
  
Example:

.doc file extension is run in Word® to view the document.

Close - It closes the file and returns to the Add screen.

More than one document can be attached per non-conformance form, where the originator user can only attach documents with the situation registered, and the user in charge can attach documents in any situation. In these cases, both of them can only change/delete their own respective attached document.

Note:

Existing attached documents are not deleted from the temporary directory, since the parameter MV_QDELFNC is duly configured.

The parameter MV_QNCPDOC must be configured to define the directory of attached documents, being checked by the system during inclusion, change, and generation of action plan review.

5. Check data and confirm inclusion of the form.
6. To check form status, select Caption of the menu, that displays the classification of forms registered.

Important:

When the status of occurrence/non-conformance form is With Origin, only the user in charge (entered during inclusion of the form) can register an Action Plan applicable to the non-conformance registered.
To register Action Plan, click Action Plan.
After registering occurrence/non-conformance, the system e-mails the respective users, since they are duly registered in the registers.
Form cannot be deleted if it is linked to transactions.
When Non-conformance Form is Canceled or Without Origin, the system automatically e-mails the one responsible for the form.
