Basic Configuration

To process the Reply environment it is fundamental that all imported and exported files have the control fields related below. This way, the user can create these fields on files through the Configurator environment:

XXX_MSEXP

Field for export/import data recording. On exporting, if this field is blank, the module will send the register and complete it with the date. On importing, at recording the register, the module will also complete this field with the date.

In case a register is already been sent or changed, this field will be left blank (Every time the command RecLock() is used), so it is possible to control registers that need to be exported again.

The update of this field is controlled internally by the module.

XXX_MSIDENT

On this field will be recorded a relationship key of registers on the several tables of the system.

To run the relationship between tables, the user may choose for using this Identification Key or a Index Key (SINDEX) on the register File Config.

This field is controlled internally by the module.

XXX_MSFIL (Character, 2)

Field for recording Source Register Branch.

Tip:

The fields XXX_MSIDENT and XXX_MSFIL are only created on the table if the import option is by MSIDENT.

XXX_MSRESP (Character, 1)

Recording field (s-Yes or N-No) if there should be a responsibility change control register after exporting.

This control should be made manually.

XXX_<Control Field>

Each user should separate registers from a same field for different branches, creating a field for the inclusion of an identification for each branch during registers.

So, when the System will find a register with this identification, directing it to the associated branch file.

Place in the menu the Aliases of files that should be made data reply.
