Follow-up of Stages
This option issues the relation of the Follow-up of Action Plan obtained in update stages, according to parameterization. It shows data concerning users in charge, type of action executed, expectation date, final date, summarized description, etc.
This report has two view modes:
| • | Detailed: It shows Action Code, as well as information concerning action Stage. |
| • | Summarized: It does not display these items, showing more summarized information. |
To select view mode, configure report parameters.
Procedures
Generating the report of follow-up of stages
| 1. | In the generation window of the report Follow-up of Stages, click Parameters. |
A screen is displayed with report parameters.
| 2. | Configure them according to field help instructions. |
| 3. | Check configurations and confirm them. |
