Action Plan Folder

In this option, all pending Action Plans concerning the user logged on are displayed.

Procedures

Checking pending issues concerning action plan:

1. By accessing Action Plan Folder, the screen is displayed divided into areas:
Action Plans - In this area, all pending action plans concerning the user logged on are displayed, as well as action status, opening date, expected final date, type of action, etc.
Stages/Steps of Action Plan - In this area, stages/steps concerning the Action Plan selected are displayed, pointing out stage status, type, user in charge, execution deadline, accomplishment date, etc.

The following options are available:

Complete Description - It shows the field Complete Description of Stage/Action Register.
Notes - It shows the field Notes of Stage/Action Register. Stages/Actions of a plan are created inside Stage/Action Register. Check the topic Action Plan, Actions/Stages.
2. In the Action Plan area, place the cursor on the record you want.
3. Click Register or double-click the record selected to query the complete register of the Plan selected.

The window Action Plan Register is displayed.

4. Query data.

Important:

In the Action Plan area, all pending plans concerning the user logged on are displayed, regardless of the company/branch. However, you can only view the register or write off pending issues concerning Action Plans in the origin company/branch.
To query only Detailed Description of Action Plan Register, click Detailed Description.
Action Plans and Non-conformance Forms listed are closed by the user in charge in the Action Plan register. If the parameter MV_QNEAPLA is configured with the content 2, they are automatically closed.
