Product Query
Use this routine to search and check the registered product data to be used in sales order.
The displayed products are filed and supplied by the back office. These products are classified per group to simplify searches.
In this particular search you can check the following data: product quantity in stock, price, delivery term, ICMS and IPI rates, measurement unit, package quantities, and maximum discount granted.
Procedures
To search a product:
| 1. | On the main SFA-CRM window, click SFA-CRM - Main Menu to list SFA-CRM menus. |
| 2. | Click Products Cons. |
Product window is displayed.
| 3. | Use this window to search and check product details through the following options: |
Use it to search products by code or description.
Use it to search and select a product from a given product group.
After choosing product the system shall display the following information:
Code
This field displays product code and name.
Measurement Unit
Displays the product's measurement unit.
Package Quantities
Displays quantity of product in one package.
Delivery
Displays date of product delivery to customer.
Maximum Discount
Displays maximum discount the customer has been granted.
ICMS (a tax on product and service transit)
Displays a given state's (UF) ICMS rate .
IPI (a tax on manufactured products)
Displays a given state's (UF) IPI rate .
Stock
Displays the amount of product available in stock. Note that this information is updated only when you synchronize with the backoffice.

The system returns to main SFA-CRM window.
