Important:
• |
The data of team or operator must be informed only when the Work Center requires it. |
• |
When reporting the stop, the Stop Type must be always Unscheduled. The Scheduled stop type must be used only when the report is generated by the Industrial Maintenance module. |
• |
You can also create a new split of the operation, as well as add or reverse Production Reports. |
• |
When it is integrating with the module SIGAMNT, the stoppage reason entered for the stoppage cannot be classified as setup. It will load automatically the requisition number when the scheduled stoppage is entered and the manufacturing order can be related to only one stoppage report. When an order is entered, the scheduled stoppage number that is related will be loaded, if it exists. This scheduled stoppage must be approved so the record will be saved. When creating a stoppage record filling neither scheduled stoppage nor work order (WO), the requirement of a Work Request (WR) creation will be sent to SIGAMNT, which is kept in the stoppage report. The work request for the stoppage will be created if the machine (resource in SIGAMNT) does not have work order already open. |
• |
When performing the stoppage annotation, all production annotation in the period is split in two records, regardless of whether the Work Center is reported, according to the rules below: |
• |
Reverses original production annotation; |
• |
Creates production annotation 1 with start date equal to reversed annotation date and end date equal to start of stoppage annotation; |
• |
Creates a second production annotation with start date equal to end date of annotation of stoppage and start date equal to end date of reversed annotation; |
• |
Amount proportional to the time of each record; |
• |
If the annotation of stoppage ends at the beginning of a shift stop, at 12 PM, this period is disregarded for the generation of the second production annotation, then generating it starting at 2 PM. |
• |
You can only add a stoppage in the same period in which there is a stoppage, if the existing one is of preparation; |
• |
If there are annotation from divided annotation, these records are also divided, by following the same rules (same schedule, MOB, GGF, amount). |
• |
If the machine allows the break of annotation when performing the annotation of stoppage, all production annotation in the period is split in two records, irrespective of the Work Center being reported or not, according to the rules below: |
• |
Stoppage must be in the production. Example: production 08:00:00 to 10:00:00, stop 08:30:00 to 09:00:00; |
• |
The components are consumed according to the reported amount; |
• |
The scraps and rework obey the parameter \"Scrap Treatment\" of the question of Production Annotation screen: |
o |
Proportional: The amount of scrap and/or rework are allocated in the annotation in proportion with the amount of each annotation; |
o |
Keep first annotation: the amount is allocated in the first annotation; |
o |
Keep last annotation: the amount is allocated in the last annotation; |
• |
The workforce obeys the parameter \"Scrap Treatment\" of the question of Production Annotation screen: |
o |
Stoppage does not interfere: Workforce record, if it is kept by changing only the related annotation (The first annotation is MOB); |
o |
Keep hours. Advances/Postpones: Breaks MOB according to annotation, but it keeps the total time used in the original workforce; |
o |
Reduces MOB: Break of workforce discounted from the stop hours. |
• |
The GGF also checks the parameter of the question of the Production Annotation screen, \"GGF Treatment\": |
o |
Stoppage does not interfere: GGF record is kept by only changing the related annotation. The first annotation has GGF; |
o |
Keep hours. Advances/Postpones: GGF breaks according to the annotation. Number of hours is proportionally divided and the period in which the annotation received the stoppage must be advances and/or postponed; |
o |
Reduces GGF: When the GGF time is equal to the operation time, the annotation operation time is used for GGF. |
