General Stop Report

It registers the reason why the whole Production Area or the Work Center is not producing, that is, why they are stopped. Once the stop is reported for the Production Area or the Work Center, all machines belonging to the Production Area/Work Center must be stopped.

Important:

When one or more machines of the Production Area/Work Center cannot be stopped due to a breach of business rule, an error file is generated for verification.

You can start a stop report and not end it in case you still do not know for how long the Production Area/Work Center will remain stopped.

Note:

You can add a machine stop from this routine or even edit a stop report created from the general stop report, since the general report actually creates stops directly in the machines.

Business Rules

These are the business rules considered by the general stop report:

Code

Description

RN011

An operation can be split up until the balance in the original operation, except if the split value is zero.

RN012

An operation/split can be allocated only for machines related to the work center of the operation.

RN013

A production report can only be reversed if the production report of the later operation is reversed as well. This is due to the Legacy return.

RN014

Reports and reversals must be confirmed in the Legacy database.

RN100

In the general stoppage report, it should transfer the same general stoppage start and end date and time to the machine stoppages, when the machine does not have stoppage in or in parts in the interval.

RN101

Only stoppages generated from the Maintenance Management should have the Stoppage type as Scheduled.
