History Log

Through this submenu routine the system allows log checking of all events (orders sent, back office updates, etc.) occurred in transmission.

Moreover, the history log helps you to detect chance connection errors, such as: Connection failure, user not valid, time ran out, etc.

Procedures

To check history log:

1. In the synchronization window, click MCSync - Options submenu.

The submenu options are displayed.

2. Select History Log.

The history window is displayed with all available synchronization information.

3. Use scroll bar on right side of window to access remaining information.
4. Click OK to exit history log.

A message is displayed asking if you wish to clear log.

OK - clears log.
Cancel - preserves log.
5. Click Cancel to exit history log.

The system shall return to synchronization window.
