Event Folder
In this folder, various events filed by back office are available, so you may register for a given customer when the sale has not been closed.
Your supervisor or manager shall later use this data to prepare strategic reports and graphs useful to gauge product acceptance in the marketplace and boost sales.
Procedures
To file events:
| 1. | In the events folder, use the lower arrow in window to check the event listing filed by the back office. |
| 2. | Select event desired for the customer and click Save. |
