Configurations
In this submenu routine, the system allows checking the configurations defined by the back office, to perform data synchronization (sent and received) between the sales rep and the back office.
This configuration window is of exclusive use of system admin, to ensure a proper connection between back office and handheld.
Procedures
To check configurations:
| 1. | In the synchronization window, click MCSync - Options submenu. |
The submenu options are displayed.
| 2. | Select Configurations. |
The configurations window is displayed with the following information:
Identifier
Equipment number in Protheus file. This number is used for validation between MCS (Mobile Connectivity Studio) and Protheus.
User
Name of user registered to identifier number.
Server
Address registered in MCS (Mobile Connectivity Studio) server.
Port
Connection port with server.
TimeOut
Synchronization server response time lag.
| 3. | After checking configurations, click OK to exit. |
The system returns to the synchronization window.
