Trade Notes
This routine purports to help you contact the customer and negotiate outstanding trade notes, for when you start a sale the system displays the outstanding trade notes.
If parameters MV_RISCOD, MV_RISCOD or MV_RISCOD are configured by backoffice, the system can block a new order until the trade note is negotiated.
This routine will not allow you to discount trade notes through SFA-CRM, only the back office can perform this. |
Procedures
To check if a customer has any trade notes:
1. | On the main SFA-CRM window, click SFA-CRM - Main Menu. |
2. | Select Trade Notes. |
The trade note status window is displayed.
In this window, the system highlights in red all customers with outstanding trade notes.
3. | Choose desired customer and click View Trade Note. |
Copy window is displayed.
4. | Use arrows on right side of window to check all data on trade note. |
5. | After checking, click Back. |
The system shall return to the trade note status window.
6. | Click Close to exit. |
The system returns to main SFA-CRM window.
