Message

Use this routine to communicate with the back office via messages sent and/or received while synchronizing data.

Procedures

To display messages:

1. In main system window, click SFA-CRM - Main menu and choose Message option.

The message management window is displayed.

 

2. Click Sent/Received and choose the message type you wish to display.

Received

Choose this option to display messages sent by the back office.

Sent

Choose this option to add, edit, view, and delete messages to be sent to the back office, through the following options:

Adding a Message (Add button)
Editing a Message (Edit button)
Viewing a Message (View button)
Deleting a Message (Delete button)
Return to the Main Window (Back button)
