Editing an Order

You can change any information in your customer's order, as long as it has not yet been transmitted to the back office.

Procedures

To edit an order:

1. In the Order folder, select the order you wish to edit.
2. Click Edit.

The change window is displayed:

Use this window to change data in the Main, Details, and Observation folders.

3. After making the changes you need, click Save.

The confirmation window is displayed:

4. Check order data with the arrows on right hand side of window.
5. Click Confirm.

A confirmation message is displayed.

6. Click OK.

The system returns to the Order folder's Service window.
