Editing an Order
You can change any information in your customer's order, as long as it has not yet been transmitted to the back office.
Procedures
To edit an order:
1. | In the Order folder, select the order you wish to edit. |
2. | Click Edit. |
The change window is displayed:
Use this window to change data in the Main, Details, and Observation folders.
3. | After making the changes you need, click Save. |
The confirmation window is displayed:
4. | Check order data with the arrows on right hand side of window. |
5. | Click Confirm. |
A confirmation message is displayed.
6. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the Order folder's Service window.
