Non-sale Event

This option allows you to check which customers have not been accomplished, that is, have not yet been visited, through back office determined events.

Procedures

To check non-sale events:

1. In the daily closing window, choose the Non-sale Event option.
2. Click Data to select desired day.

A calendar is displayed in which you can specify date, month, and year.

3. After selecting month and year, click on desired day.

The system shall return to the daily closing window, displaying visits that have not been accomplished on the specified day.

This window displays the number of events, as well as customer name and why the sale was not accomplished.

4. Use arrows on right side of window to check all the information.
5. Click Exit to finish.

The system returns to main SFA-CRM window.
