Deleting an Order
You can delete your customer's order, as long as it has not yet been transmitted to the back office.
Procedures
To delete an order:
1. | In the Order folder, select desired order. |
2. | Click Delete. |
A exclusion message is displayed.
3. | Click OK to confirm. |
A message is displayed confirming the deletion.
4. | Click OK. |
The system returns to the Order folder's Service window.
