Deleting an Order

You can delete your customer's order, as long as it has not yet been transmitted to the back office.

Procedures

To delete an order:

1. In the Order folder, select desired order.
2. Click Delete.

A exclusion message is displayed.

3. Click OK to confirm.

A message is displayed confirming the deletion.

4. Click OK.

The system returns to the Order folder's Service window.
