Adding a Message
Use this option to add and save a message to be sent later to the back office.
Procedures
To add messages:
1. | In the messages management window, click Add. |
The message addition window is displayed.
This window is for writing a message you wish to add before sending it to the back office.
2. | On the blank lines, write desired message. |
3. | Check entered data and click Save. |
A confirmation message is displayed.
4. | Click OK to return to message management window. |
