Adding a Message

Use this option to add and save a message to be sent later to the back office.

Procedures

To add messages:

1. In the messages management window, click Add.

The message addition window is displayed.

This window is for writing a message you wish to add before sending it to the back office.

2. On the blank lines, write desired message.
3. Check entered data and click Save.

A confirmation message is displayed.

4. Click OK to return to message management window.
