Business Visit
Use this routine to accomplish your entire sales work, from your visit schedule to placing sales orders.
When accessing this routine, you can color check (red = with trade note, white = no trade note) whether the customer has unpaid trade notes, and what is the customer's servicing situation status.
• | NVIS = Visit Pending |
• | NPOS= Not accomplished (a non-sale event has been added) |
• | POSI = Accomplished (order added) |
Procedures
To access sales visit:
1. | On the main SFA-CRM window, click SFA-CRM - Visits menu. |
All menu options are displayed.
2. | Click Business Visit. |
The service window is displayed.
Use this window to check the filed customers listing with corresponding servicing and financial situations.
Red
The customer has unpaid trade notes.
White
The customer has no unpaid trade notes.
3. | Click on the Service Menu and choose Exit to finish. |
The system returns to main SFA-CRM window.
