Customers
Use this routine to add, change and check your customer's primary information (code, customer type, company name, company alias, phone number, CGC, IE, e-mail and address) to be used in the sales order.
You can access the add option only after the back office has used parameter MV_SFCADCL to grant such access. |
Procedures
To access the customer file:
1. | On the main SFA-CRM window, click SFA-CRM - Main Menu. |
SFA-CRM menus are listed.
2. | Select Customers. |
The customer management window is displayed.
