Customers

Use this routine to add, change and check your customer's primary information (code, customer type, company name, company alias, phone number, CGC, IE, e-mail and address) to be used in the sales order.

Tip:

You can access the add option only after the back office has used parameter MV_SFCADCL to grant such access.

Procedures

To access the customer file:

1. On the main SFA-CRM window, click SFA-CRM - Main Menu.

SFA-CRM menus are listed.

2. Select Customers.

The customer management window is displayed.

In this window you can perform the following actions:

Search a Customer (Search field)
Add a Customer (Add button)
Edit a Customer's File (Edit button)
Delete a Customer (Delete button)
View a Customer (Details button)
Return to the Main Window (Back button)
